Acording to the book cover: He was a mysterious cosmic presence who came out of nowhere with the incredible promise to free the dying planet.

His promise to free the planet involves everyone undressing and making a bonfire with their clothes and all their money.  This is not going to end well.

Never trust a clown, never turn your back on a fire.

After a lively street parade and street festival Shoddy the Clown has found a special young Belgium friend who is happy to accept his continuing offers of drinks.

Shoddy the Clowns leer betrays his intentions, however as planned, the beer and his experience playing on the excitement of the day keeps his naive friend oblivious. Soon will be the offer of winning a prize by dropping balls in his mouth.

Plan 9 From Underpants

The second instalment of the three part Colin Mochrie vs. Jesus H. Christ animutation series by Andrew Kepple.  The music is "De Kabouterdans" (the lepricondance) from a Dutch kids TV show called Kabouter Plop (lepricorn plop ?). You can obtain the free MP3 of the music here if you like it that much.

The included "St3reo Vision" will actually work if you cross your eyes, but it may give you a headache.  That "Slap me round, Olsen clowns" line is going to be spinning in  your head for years.

Pocket Boners

Keeping in the theme of last weeks comic panel, this months book cover is The Pocket Book of Boners.  Illustrated by Dr Seuss, which is hardly surprising considering he wrote a book entitled There's a Wocket in my Pocket.
